She has designed collections for the World Gold Council and De Beers. A precious stone specialist, she has won the De Beers Diamonds International Award three times (1973, 1984, and 1998), an achievement which gained her membership of the prestigious Diamonds International Academy (there are only three members in the UK: Tipple, Asprey's and Andrew Grima). In 2004 she won the Diamond Trading Company's Diamonds: Nature Miracle Award. Tipple is an exclusive stockist of Nenoir Diamonds which have a unique identity and come with an individual history direct from the mines of Canada's North West Territories. With her husband, David Ward, Tipple's team practice all aspects of gold and silversmithing.
